Risks, restrictions and license

Please read this before using Garbled Bot or acquiring $GARBLED.

Risk disclosure

AI can be wrong. Forecasts and answers are generated by AI models. They can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or confidently wrong. A high leaderboard rank describes past results and says nothing certain about the next question.
Not advice. Nothing produced by Garbled Bot, on this site, or in our channels is financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice.
Token risk. $GARBLED can lose some or all of its value. It may have low liquidity, high volatility, and no market at all. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy.
Smart contract and chain risk. The $GARBLED token contract and the Ethereum network can have bugs, outages, or exploits. Transactions are irreversible. Audit status: TBD
Delivery risk. Features marked Coming soon or TBD may change, be delayed, or never ship.
Privacy limits. The Telegram version of Sealed Ask is not cryptographically private. See the privacy notice below.
Third-party dependence. Garbled Bot depends on Telegram, the five AI labs whose models answer, and Ethereum infrastructure. Any of them can change terms, fail, or cut access.
Impersonation. Scammers copy bots, groups, and contract addresses. Only trust links from this site. We never DM first and never ask for keys.
Regulation. Rules for tokens, AI tools, forecasting, and polling differ by country and can change. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and taxes.

Restricted jurisdictions

Garbled Bot and all $GARBLED-related features are not offered to, and may not be used by, persons who are located in, residents of, or citizens of the United States, or any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or anywhere else where using them would be unlawful (“Restricted Jurisdictions”). Before first use, the bot asks every user to confirm they are not in a Restricted Jurisdiction. Using a VPN or other tools to get around this is not allowed. We may refuse or end access at any time. Privacy notice (Telegram version)

What the bot processes: your Telegram user ID and username, the messages and commands you send it, your forecasts and poll votes, and transaction hashes you submit for payment.
Who processes it: Telegram (all bot messages pass through Telegram), Garbled Bot's server, and the AI labs whose models answer: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and Moonshot AI (for Sealed Asks and forecasts).
What's public: Open Forecasts, the leaderboard, and Pay-to-Poll questions and results. Sealed Asks are never published.
Retention: TBD, published before launch
Don't send secrets. No seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or anything you couldn't afford to have leaked.

License and open pipeline

Snowmoon is written by Vitalik Buterin and released under the GPL v3. The author's license note says adaptations are allowed, but whoever makes one must open-source the pipeline behind it: AI prompts, scripts, task-specific harness, and other non-commodity materials. Garbled Bot will publish its pipeline, including the prompts used for this site's copy and art, at repo link TBD before launch.

Garbled Bot is fan-made and not affiliated with Vitalik Buterin. It is also independent of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and Moonshot AI; model names belong to their owners. Read the author's license note.
